Prime Angus Beef

Angus Beef is a competition winning breed renowned for tenderness and flavour.

Body weights range between 200 – 280 kg.

Traditional Pack

Available in Quarter, Half or Whole Beef Packs.

Steak and Grill Pack

Great for those of us who eat all the steak cuts from our Traditional Packs first, or for over those summer months when friends and family visit for BBQ’s

Texel Lamb (available Seasonally Dec - approximately June/July)

We process only Texel Lamb therefore providing excellent tender roasts, chops and shoulder cuts. Lamb is great anytime but especially for those Christmas Roasts and can be even better with the wide range of jellies and sauces on the market to compliment it.

Additional Info about our Meat…

The best part other than the taste of our Beef is that it comes to you free flow and frozen presented in cardboard file boxes which fit easily in your freezer. When it comes to meal times it is simple because all the steak cuts come individually wrapped, this means that you can take out the exact number of pieces you require for a meal. Especially when those unexpected guests arrive!
 
All other meat cuts are packaged and clearly labelled. Our Roasts are medium in size and are great for the family, and for a couple you can have leftovers the next day, cold meat is great in sandwiches or wraps.
